I suspect these are Jamaican Mushrooms and not Scotch Bonnets

They were labeled as bonnets at the greenhouse, but I also bought them from a greenhouse in the parking lot of a farm supply store, so…

Haven’t tasted them yet, but gonna make them into sauce either way.
