  1. forgot to mention I’m not a chef or cook. I’m just an expo. As for the knife, it’s a regular cheap knife my manager got us. Not a notable brand or anything like that, but it does the job!

    Pedantic but you’re pressing to hard, slice don’t chop. Keeps them round instead of teardrop.

    did you sharpen it? knives dont always arrive as sharp as possible. your chives are bruised and uneven. Grade is a B bc they are somewhat thin and you didnt make any accordions, but huge room for improvement.
