First time trying bechamel. I thought it was just okay. Maybe im just used to my filipino meat sauce lol

I just followed a random recipe on YouTube
Recipe:
Any pasta
Large bottle of Sauce
Ground pork (mild)
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Onion (minced)
3 garlic cloves
Tomato paste

Bechamel
4 cup milk
Half cup flour
8 tablespoon butter
White pepper
Parmesan cheese
