The Lucky Dog applewood smoked habanero pepper sauce is one of my favorite sauces of all time. I’m pretty sure it’s also made with California pears. All his sauces are stellar

Of those I’ve had the Lucky Dog Chrome and the Torchbearer Sweet Onion Habanero. Both are delicious.

Queen Majesty seems to be the front runner, I agree. But it shines for me with a mexican dish with cilantro and fresh lime. It just improves the food experience so much with those in combination

I went through a bottle of that year of the dog awhile back. It has a kick but I’d say it was a 6/10, although the flavor profile was complex, it just wasn’t for me personally.

The 708 7 Pot Citrus is a reknown recipe, originally released by Big Fat’s, a legendary ex-sauce maker that allowed Heat Hot Sauce Shop to re-release the old formula under his blessing. That’d be my go to, in my top 10 all time faves. And I’ve had a few sauces in my day.

Mix them all in a spoon and try them all at once! But seriously, I want to try that sweet onion Hab sauce, sounds delicious!
