I once found a “double cheeseburger, no cheese” ticket in a McDonald’s when I worked construction. I kept it until the ink faded just to remind me of how stupid people can be.. Now, I see at least one “cheese pizza, no cheese.” Tickets a day at the pizzeria I work at. People are… Interesting.

Got to love the DoorDash orders that you have to take and have no way of communicating to the customer that they want something impossible. Void that shit.

Stuff it with tofu.

I feel like I’m missing something here… wontons don’t normally have any dairy (?) so if someone is allergic and they tick that box just in case, why is that a problem?

App only has hamburger as only burger without cheese. (Chicago metro area)
I did check for California double hamburger is there, so it looks like it depends on the region.

We have a customer that regularly orders our “barnyard” style burger. It’s a bacon cheeseburger with fried egg and caramelized onions, with mayo as the only topping. He removes the cheese, onion, bacon, egg, and mayo, and it just ends up being plain patty and bun. The burger is $3 more than a regular hamburger, which he could literally just order and hit the “plain” button. But instead he just orders that.
There’s also a frequent flyer on DoorDash who orders our garlic Parmesan fries and nothing else, except he writes “just fries and salt, no garlic or Parmesan”. Homie is literally paying $2 extra for our regular French fries and a side of aoli that we charge 50 cents for.
