    You did a really nice job, especially for a first try!! It looks great.

    I bought an online palette knife course and I’m still working my way through it. I did learn one really cool thing to get nice flower centers (the yellow part): put your buttercream in a fine-mesh sieve, push it through, and collect it from the bottom side (if that makes sense). It produces a really fine almost velvety texture.
