Crispy popped, puffed quinoa Popped Quinoa Recipe ASMR
Ingredients:
– ½ cup quinoa (white, red, or black)
– Heavy-bottomed pan (stainless steel or cast iron)
Instructions:
1. Rinse & Dry (Optional)
– Rinse quinoa under cold water to remove bitterness.
– Spread on a towel to air dry completely.
2. Preheat Pan*
– Heat a dry skillet over **medium-high heat** until hot.
– Test by adding a few grains—if they pop within seconds, it’s ready.
3. Pop Quinoa
– Add 1-2 tablespoons at a time in a single layer.
– Stir or shake pan constantly.
– Quinoa starts popping in 10 seconds
– Cover with a lid
– Keep stirring it and letting it pop for 30 more seconds
– Remove from heat.
4. Repeat in Batches
– Continue until all quinoa is popped.
5. Cool & Store
– Let cool completely.
– Store in an airtight container for up to **2 weeks**.
Uses
✔ Sprinkle on yogurt, oatmeal, or smoothies
✔ Mix into granola or trail mix
✔ Use as a topping for salads or soups
✔ Add to energy bars or chocolate bark

this is how to make popping quinoa pour some quinoa into a medium to high heat pan and within the first 5 Seconds you’re going to start to hear and see it popping and this is just a 30second recipe once it starts popping just keep shaking it keep moving it around never stop moving the quinoa look really closely you can see these things are bouncing and jumping keep a mental clock or set a timer cuz you don’t want this to go for much longer than 30 seconds they’re going to keep popping ASMR baby all right throw a lid on at the end shake shake shake that’s it popping quinoa done normally quinoa takes 20 30 minutes to cook we did that in less than a minute it’s hot but M just has a nice little crunch it goes great in desserts it goes great as a topping make a healthy vegan Crunch bar try it out
