My go to spot in Spadina Chinatown for classic Cantonese food is House of Gourmet. As a night owl, really appreciate how they’re open past midnight everyday. Tonight I had egg noodle soup with beef brisket and tendon ($12) with extra greens of choy sum ($2). As usual, the meat and tendon were melt in your mouth and delicious. And for “dessert” had to get an order of rice noodle rolls filled with bbq pork. Love how the rice noodle isn’t too thick and silky.
