Not much to say. About 35 min is all it took to 165. Let them go a bit longer for extra crispy skin.
No prep. Didn’t dry them just cut the drums from the wing and 86d the winglets.
Butter and some lemon pepper I had in the cabinet.
Darn good. Sauce could use some work but darn goon.
