What do you guys think about a non-traditional United States breakfast?? In this case, I’m eating a plant-based breakfast that consists of cauliflower rice, black beans, and corn. It’s seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and black pepper.

Needs hot sauce
Edit to add: OP is responding rudely (especially in the cross post) to anyone who doesn’t say “yum looks great!” About this bland-ass bowl. Lmao.
I ate chili for breakfast – over pasta.
.
Definitely needs some hot sauce. Maybe add some cilantro as well
If the corn isn’t GMO, I’d eat this meal at a Restaurant as finding keto, vegan, gluten free food without unhealthy oils isn’t easy to find on menus on the United States yet.
My wife and I call them “critter slop” bowls. I basically chuck whatever veggies, grains and proteins in a bowl with seasoning or broth of my choice. Most sustainable and satisfying meals, I swear.
The other night I had home-made pinto beans, stewed tomatoes, wilted spinach, and peas all in one bowl and it was amazing.
I’d be down for that as a lunch. I’m kind of an oatmeal with peanut butter breakfast guy.
I’ll echo the group. Hot sauce for the win on that. I also use a lot of Cajun seasoning too. A little high on salt but can really add a lot to any dish really.
Looks pretty bland – at minimum would need something hot (and just some red for color, if not tomatoes or something) – and doesn’t need the oil.
NMS for breakfast. I’d rather have oats loaded with fruit, nuts, and seeds like hemp and flax.
“Seasoned with olive oil” what? This is a good base and looks great but it can’t taste like anything. Seconding all the comments about hot sauce.
I eat things like this everyday. But spices are your friends!
What the heck is with all these people posting the most bland shit imaginable?
