Recipe (for 2 slices ):
Smash 1 avocado
Cut 2 tomatoes to get 4-6 slices
Cut 4 – 6 slices of halloumi cheese
slice 2 slices of bread
Olive oil
Put the tomatoes on the grill first and let them cook a bit
When you have turned the tomatoes put the halloumi cheese on the grill
Drizzle some olive oil on the bread and let it toast on both sides till golden brown
Assemble:
First spread a generous layer of smashed avocado on your toast
Then put 2-3 slices of grilled tomato slices
Put 2-3 slices of grilled halloumi cheese on top
