I thought it was pretty interesting.
All the stuff about the Texas Monthly top 50 list was crazy to me, as I never looked into how the list was curated.
1 dude from Ohio creates the list. Wtf, haha.
I thought it was like a committee decision with criteria and all that.

I worked in the bbq scene for a while. It’s definitely a committee. And I love when people say “it’s one guy from Ohio” like the guy lives in Texas now and does nothing but eat bbq everyday. Don’t you think that makes him a little more qualified than some random guy born in Texas.
