Anyone use these or similar?


From Canada and superstore has these on sale for $9 a bag….never seen a charcoal pellet let alone used one….

Just wondering if anyone has used these and what your thoughts were.

    Yes. I like to mix them with apple wood pellets. Also good by themselves.

    I used the traeger ones mixed with some bear mountain old fashioned pellets. Good results, haven’t used them on their own yet.

    What province are you in? I’ve never seen pellets at Superstore, Zehrs, or Loblaws

    I use these by themselves any time I am gonna open the searing plate on my Pit Boss and try to get as close as I can to charcoal grilling without the briquets or charcoal grill. They are awesome.

    Just smoked some drumsticks today with the traeger branded ones. Tasty.

    I just put some in my Searwood and turned it on. Going to try some burgers with them tonight. First time trying them. I will report back later

    Yes. I use these. I mix it with pellets or just go with them if im looking for charcoal grill flavor.
