Absolutely the best cheeseburger I’ve ever had, textbook definition of what a cheeseburger should be. I got one burger the way I like (double, cheese and ketchup only) and one burger all the way (cheese, onion, pickle, mustard.) Both were incredible and the classic all the way is probably the perfect way to eat a cheeseburger. All the flavors melded together so well you could hardly taste a separation in ingredients.

It’s ok as a generic smashburger place with the same beef, rolls, and condiments as every other one, but it wouldn’t even make the top 20 burgers in NYC. Probably wouldn’t even make my top 5 smashburgers which would have Harlem Shake and Gotham. I remember when the man himself made mine and I was underwhelmed.
I mean I can see why people on this sub would love it (being obsessed with George Motz and this type of burger and all), but anyone travelling to New York for this should really get out more!
