Can someone tell me what the problem is and what I should do these are calorina reaper plants

It depends where you are. They like sunlight. I would give them more sun but don’t put them in full sun in those pots Ideally need larger pots . Maybe a little bone meal in the soil. This time of year they are slowing down as the days are shorter in most places. You could over winter them indoors.

Bigger pots, new dirt, more sunlight. Oh and something to prop them up until they recover.
