Now we’re going to put the seasonings. 1 tbsp of black pepper. 1 tbsp of garlic powder, 1 tbsp of onion powder, and 1 tbsp of mustard seeds. Go top it off with the rest of your Brussels sprouts. Noncllorinated water. We’re going to add four tablespoon of real sea salt. Stir it in really good in the solution. Then pour it over your Brussels sprouts. Go ahead and put a lid on it and give it a shake. Get it all mixed up really good in there. Your glass weight. This is on my profile and leak trim Amazon influencer. And press it down. You got it submerged. Go ahead and put your burping lid on. Put this on the counter outside out of the sunlight on in your house. Hey, 2 weeks, maybe even a little longer. Man, you will have the great fermented Brussels sprouts, man. They’re so good. Full of probiotics, great tasting, great with steaks, great with everything. Right on. Damn it.
