Quick Korean cooking for one series. I’m sure you guys are unfamiliar with this tangy, sweet, and spicy panch. This is called bench radish salad and is super easy to make. Salt some julian radish until slightly wilted. Toss them in chili flakes, minced garlic and green onion, sugar, vinegar, and optional dash of fish sauce. I like to pivot with some rice, fried egg, and a dash of sesame oil. What should I make next? [Music]

How do you make purple rice?🙃
One reason why I tried to add Korean cuisine into my super Javanese diet is bcs there mostly super easy to make, fresh, healthy, and some are cold dishes. My local cuisine are mostly heavy in spices and I'm craving something fresh. Having only gochugaru, gochujang, and kimchi in my kitchen has widen my horizon a lot. I just need to adjust the salty/sweet/tangy/spicy to my liking ☺ I will try this radish salad, thank you very much
I heard radish stings/burns the mouth when eaten raw. Is it true?
