They came out amazing. Definitely going to start doing it regularly. Any tips to make them hotter?

    If you want them hotter, leave in the pith and seeds of your peppers. Or, use hotter peppers. I usually stick to jalapeños but Serrano would up the heat a bit.

  2. Just gotta use hotter peppers, and don’t throw the guts out. If you want it *really* hot throw a ghost pepper in it. Also, try julienning the onion, has a better look.
