I’ve seen huitlacoche so I know corn can do some odd stuff, given the correct infections but I’ve never seen this.

Was the only one in a box of 28 like it.

  2. Looks like misgrown kernels that grew down the pollinated corn silk rather than up against the cob. Or corn cancer. First time for everything. GMO or heirloom?

Whatever you do be careful if you do an internet search. “Tentacle corn” is one letter away from some wild results…

Left over cod-pieces from the new Spinal Tap film.

Let us know if you try it, I’m sure it tastes more or less like corn as usual.

Looks like an under pollinated stalk to me.
Each ‘squash string’ is a kernel that never got pollinated, so that’s what ends up happening.

Source – grew up on farms, and that’s what I was told the first time I saw the horror.

Pasta and corn are supposed to be grown separately.

You’ve heard of the Children of the Corn? You’ve found the long haired blonde one.

    Kill her.

Feel like there was a time when you could find answers to things on this app and everyone wasn’t trying to be a standup comedian telling the same obvious joke 524 times
