This might not look like much, but this was a 9.7/10. Perfectly medium rare.

Build your own burger at my local bar. $11.24 with the tots upgrade.

The cheese wasn’t melted because the bartender forgot to put it in and I didn’t want to send it back. So glad I didn’t. It was a beautiful strip of pink throughout. So tasty I sent $10 back to the cook for such a great job. It’s not a flex and I’m not rich, I just like to take care of people who give a shit about what they cook.

    $12 for that plate is a damn good deal, and the burger looks great too!

    And those tots…I love fries but something about tots just make the whole burger experience better. Especially when they come right out the fryer and just the right amount of S&P on em <3
