Unstuffed peppers, but I used hot Italian sausage!

1/2 pound hot Italian sausage, 1 bag Birds Eye tri-color peppers and onion, 1 cup (dry) white rice, 15oz diced tomatoes, 8oz tomato sauce, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1.5 cup broth, 1 cup kraft low fat mozzarella, seasonings to taste. I split it into 4 servings! 23.4g protein

    That looks really tasty! I make my stuffed peppers as a casserole too- extra green peppers add bulk without many cals. Also I find the Italian seasoned ground turkey to have a really similar taste to sausage but with a ton more protein and much less fat and calories.
