We are getting ready to make an emergency an easy emergency chicken dish. Oh my goodness. This is a garlic honey sesame chicken. Why am I calling it an emergency dish? Because when you run in and you need to get something on the table because something came up or something happened, but you need a good meal. My god, this is easy and quick. Okay, so this is my emergency go-to. And guess what else? It’s a crowdleaser. Everyone just loves it. First of all, I am using chicken breast. I have skinless, boneless chicken breast. I’m going to bring you up close so we can go ahead and get our emergency our easy emergency chicken dish made. Okay, so I have already washed and cleaned my chicken. Whether you wash your chicken or not, that’s up to you. So these are very large breasts. So what I’m going to do is cut them in half horizontally, meaning that way. Okay. Placing my hand on top here and cutting straight through. [Music] Okay, that gives us two fillets right there. Then we’ll cut this one in half. I am using my Pam’s Prep no Salt seasoning. Okay, first thing I’m going to do, we have some flour here. We’re going to season up our flour with some of this allpurpose no salt seasoning. Bam’s prep. Go ahead and combine that. Mix that in. Always season in layers. Okay. So, if you’re using flour or anything else, marinade, make sure it is seasoned as well as your actual protein. Now, we are going to season our chicken up. Want to season it on both sides. Make sure when you season your protein, whatever protein you may be using, whatever cut of chicken you’re using, that you rub that seasoning into the chicken, okay? Get the crevices and everything else. Season both sides. Okay, now we’re going to head to the stove. Okay, put your skillet on high heat. Let it start heating up and then add in about 4 tablespoon of butter. Let that butter melt. While your skillet is heating up, we are going to mince about three or four large cloves of garlic. [Music] Once that butter gets melted, go ahead and that’s when you want to dredge your chicken in this flour. Make sure your skillet is on high heat or medium high heat, close to very high heat. Make sure you shake off any extra. Go ahead and lay that in there. Get all four pieces in. And we’re going to sear them off on one side. Flip them over. [Music] [Music] After they get seared on that side, you want to go in and turn them over. want that nice crust on there. Okay, once you’ve got that second side seared, you want to go in, make a little room in your skillet in the middle like that and add your garlic. Give it a stir just for about a second or two. Then go in with a couple more tablespoons of butter. Let that start to melt. Make sure you have turned your skillet down at this point and let that melt. You can start spreading the garlic around as well. Now we’re going to add in our vinegar, soy sauce, and honey. [Music] Stir to combine and cook to let the sauce start to thicken. Your skillet should be on low at this point. Move the chicken around a little bit so that sauce can get all over everywhere. And let it simmer until it starts to thicken. Just start basting your chicken with the sauce as it starts to thicken. [Music] [Music] Once your sauce has thickened to your desired consistency, you can go ahead and transfer it to a serving dish or plate. At that point, then we’re going to add the remaining sauce onto it. [Music] Ooh, don’t they look amazing? Oh my goodness. Okay. And last but not least, we will drizzle it with sesame seed oil. And that’s all we need. Oh my goodness. Doesn’t this look amazing? Delicious. Okay, if you are new to the channel, welcome, welcome, welcome. It is super quick. This is an emergency dish. Oh my goodness. Garlic, honey, sesame chicken. You can’t beat it. Everyone will like it. 1. It sounds like he was trying to understand what poly is about. That doesn't mean he was interested in doing it. Folks need to stop being so quick to judge others.

  2. Yum, yum, yum ๐Ÿ˜‹
Looks delicious and yes, it's easy. I might pour some Mike's Hot Honey over it. I like it on everything, especially over pizza. I think that's what I'll make tomorrow with Basmati Rice on the side. My stomach is growling right now. ๐Ÿ˜‚

  5. I make a version of this but I dice up and velvet the chicken. It takes a little longer to prep but cuts the cook time down on the chicken. I always serve it with rice too. Great recipe. Simple and easy.
