I have my technique dialed in. I make these pretty much every Friday night. I just thaw, toss in flour while wet, and cook at Max ~20 mins, then toss in sauce. I've been making them for years. They always come out nice and crispy.

You only use flour for the breading? They look great but I would have thought that you had more in it because of how good the coating looks.

Last time I did air fryer wings I tossed them in flour and they came out… very floury. Completely inedible. Wonder how yours are coming out so good.
