Tonight for dinner was crispy chicken sandwiches. For this recipe, I’m going to use boneless, skinless chicken thighs and I’m going to add them to a bowl. Using buttermilk is the best, but I never have any buttermilk. So, I’m just going to make it using 2% milk. Any milk is totally fine. This is just what I have. And to create that buttermilk, I’m going to use vinegar, a couple tablespoons to my milk, or you can use lemon juice. We’re going to add some seasonings now. And I definitely use more seasoning than the average person. I like to heav he heavily season my dishes. I’m adding some onion powder. We’re adding some garlic powder. Can’t find my paprika anywhere. So, we’re going to use this smoked paprika. It’s probably going to be better anywhere. Using some of the Kinder’s Buttery Poultry Blend. Just going to mix this together and then we’re going to let it marinate as long as we can. I’m also making some homemade dinner buns to go with these. So, I do have like 30 minutes or so. The longer you let them marinade, obviously, the better. The burger buns are done, you guys. Let’s finish our chicken. To a second bowl, I’m going to add some flour. And I like to add like two parts flour to one part cornstarch. The cornstarch really helps give that chicken an extra crisp. So I’m going to add one cup. Why do you do that? Daddy shirt. It’s my shirt. That’s daddy shirt. This is I don’t my shirt. That’s a daddy shirt. Have a couple more. Is that a fly now or a bee? Like We’re going to season it probably the same way we did with the wet. Some paprika. Smoked paprika. I don’t have that much left, so I’m just using it. That’s actually kind of a lot. Some garlic powder. I did say I like extra seasoning. Some onion powder. I have some of these allpurpose meat and veggie tenders. What am I whispering about? Mix the dry ingredients together. Now taking our chicken from the wet, adding it to our dry. Just made a huge mess of this flour. I’m really pressing it in. You could leave it just like this and put it on a plate, but if you want it extra crispy, you really got to coat it twice. So, shake it off and dip it back into that wet and back into that dry stupid. We are coated. We’re adding it to a plate. And I’m going to continue with the rest of our pieces. I don’t know how many I’m going to use right now, but I’m going to keep going. All coated. We’re going to bring out the oil. I feel like most of my recipes consist of oil. You could you you could air fry them, of course. Spray them with some oil. All right. That way also uses oil, but in a different way, like olive oil or something. avocado oil, then throw them into the air fryer. Hopefully, our oil is hot enough. And yes, I reuse my oil to some extent. Like, I wouldn’t cook fish in here and then cook chicken. [Music] Cooking them for a few minutes on each side. Definitely want to make sure that that chicken is fully cooked inside. These are actually really big pieces. You might even be able to get away with cutting them in half so that you get more pieces. Or you can make like a Big Mac McC since that piece of chicken broke off, I felt like it was a sign that it was for me to try. [Music] Maybe not. Maybe not. That’s got some really, really good flavor and it’s super crunchy. I really wanted to do a sllo with this. Um, and I don’t have any, but the neighbor gave me this southwest salad and she didn’t like it because it had cilantro in it. So, I think I’m going to use it. I’m just going to like add some mayonnaise, maybe some honey mustard. Improvise with what we got. It’s time to cut these masterpieces open. Oh, so fluffy. So soft. Going to be perfect. I have like 40 different flavors of Kinder’s barbecue sauce. I have a whole fridge just full of them and I can never decide what flavors to use. I even have more. It’s another one. I use that for the salad. Bourbon apple Thai sweet sesame teriyaki buffalo garlic butter golden barbecue cherry chipotle. So I just took that salad pack and I just used the iners. I didn’t use any of the sauce and I just added some mayonnaise and some Kinder’s honey mustard. And I already know that’s going to be a huge win. It’s absolutely delicious. So, kind of a blessing. I didn’t have any sllo and the neighbor gave me this. My friend last minute said to add some cheese, so I added it to one of them. I’m going to cut it in half. They are really big pieces. Oh my gosh, I didn’t even add the sauce. Golden barbecue. I’m having a hard time here. What do you think, Harper? What do you think? What do you think? I look for honey mustard. We’re going to go honey mustard for sure. Gross. What do you mean gross? Do a lot of it. And then maybe like trust me. No sesame. That doesn’t seem right. Golden barbecue. Golden barbecue. Doesn’t that look so good? Let’s try. Where am I supposed to start? That is the most delicious chicken sandwich I’ve ever made. My friend just had the garlic butter on hers and she said it’s delicious. So, I’m going to try it. This is the best Chicken sandwich.
