This is my mom’s recipe for basusa. So when I was growing up, this was my favorite dessert. My mom, every single time I would go visit home, she would make a tray of these. I would literally walk in the door and the smell of the basbusa would just fill the whole space. It was amazing. Uh so this basusa uh has coconut, it has yogurt, has uh it has a wheat uh flour, and it’s soaked in a rose rose water syrup.
