    Looks like turkey tenderloins? I love these – Lidl sells them pre-brined in 2-packs. I like to buy a few, play with different rubs (Amazing Ribs’ Katz’s Pastrami rub is great), and toss them on the pellet grill while I smoke other stuff. Usually done in a couple of hours. They pick up smoke really well and freeze great in a vacuum-sealed bag. We toss them in a SV bath for an easy weeknight meal.
