RECIPE – https://sipbitego.com/smoked-chicken-wings – Traeger wing week challenge 🔥 smoked chicken wings two ways and served with @tobysfamilyfoods

Smoked these on the @traegergrills at 180’ for 20 minutes then 350’ for 50 minutes until done. They turn out tender, flavorful, yet unbelievably crispy every time.

Welcome to my game day series. Today we’re getting into the basics of how to smoke wings that are absolutely delicious on the Trager plet grill. I season up a pound of wings with garlic powder, baking powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. I smoke the wings at two different temperatures. The first is at 180° F for 20 minutes. Then it’s time to flip them over and smoke for 50 minutes at 350° F. Add melted butter to two different sauces. One’s with buffalo, the other barbecue. It is unbelievable how crispy these turn out, but they’re so nice and tender inside. I toss them in the sauces, and then you have to plate them up with some really good blue cheese. I like to use Tobies. So, there you have it. The perfect game day wings in the smoker. Delicious.
