I miss Texas for this reason. There would be all kinds of roasts at the supermarkets and hatch chili’s in everything! So good.

Looks mouth-watering. No jealousy though, only shame for not making the 3 hour drive south for this in the last 20 years. We do at least go to Sparky’s on occasion for burgers when heading that way.
