Made this impromptu pork Katsu bowl this morning with basmati rice 😋. Managing the oil temp isn't as easy as the tiktoks, this one was the least burnt 😅.

    You can also try with graded (and squeezed) daikon radish with Ponzu. It’s calles Mizore Tonkatsu and it’s very good !
