My good friend Nico’s family owns a restaurant in Greek Town and this is their Greek dressing recipe. It is so delicious. It’s a half a cup of red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, a teaspoon of salt, teaspoon of onion powder, a teaspoon of garlic powder, pepper and oregano, and 3/4 cup really good olive oil. And give it a shake. One bite of this and you’re in Greek Town. Okay.
