  1. Ingredients:

    1 bag frozen cauliflower rice, thawed

    500g extra lean ground chicken

    1 small onion, diced

    1 cup grated light cheddar cheese

    1½ cup parmesan cheese

    1½ cup almond flour

    1/2 cup BBQ sauce (any type)

    1 egg

    1½ tsp salt + garlic powder

    Bake 400F x 35-40 minutes
