Macaron coming out hollow but looks fine?

This is the recipe. I got it off a YouTube channel and I can’t find it anymore.
I have no idea what type it is. It comes out fine but is hollow, and usually underbaked but if I let it sit longer it becomes crispy.
Please help lol
