Looking for (vegetarian) nacho recommendations

Okay hear me out, I know these don’t look like the best but they were really good and from Tyson’s Tacos. It’s a little out of the way for me and I’m in town for a short time so looking for reccomendations of spots with nachos that might be similar.

For context, I’m vegetarian so the main appeal for me is the queso. Looking for/open to any reccs for trucks/restaurants in South Lamar. TYIA!
