Every Sunday I meal prep farm eggs for Monday-Thursday. For those of you who use eggs straight from the farm, you know that you can occasionally get a bad egg. So my prep consist of washing them well, cracking them individually before putting them in the main bowl, and then I transfer nine eggs into each jar. This is the amount we use every morning. Come morning, all I have to do is scramble, and cook!

    Cracked eggs even in an airtight container shouldn’t be kept for more than about 2 days in the refrigerator fyi, 4 days is probably the upper limit of how long they can last but with the risks involved with the bacteria that eggs can harbor it’s usually safest to err on the side of caution
