Cheetos and almond joys for lunch is wild! But did you start to feel deprived? I do this when I feel deprived and not satiated. I try to find low calorie ways to satisfy cravings, like using my ninja creami to make protein ice cream

A bad day doesn’t mean a bad life! Everything will buff, if this isn’t your habit it’s okay and also, sometimes you have to just give your body what it wants

Well, at least you burned 6 calories by working out!

At least it’s been a while! Get back on track tomorrow, don’t let one bad day become two bad days!! Best of luck.

Also Idk if you’re looking for advice or not, but something that helped me was to take care of my health in a parental way. If I’m going to have something junky, it’s going to be after a healthy balanced meal preferably toward the end of the day. “No dessert until after dinner,” like our moms used to say. It works every time lol. If I eat junk in the middle of the day, I’ll want to eat more and more junk food all day.

Great job tracking it, OP. Not everyone does when they have a day like this, so great job at keeping yourself accountable.

well, binging is a common thing when you starve for long

Honestly, I let myself have these kinds of days every couple of months, usually on someone’s birthday or a holiday. I think it helps prevent plateaus, but it also takes some of the pressure off. I want to lose weight, not live like a monk.

Just don’t let a slip turn into a slide 🙂 We *all* have these days. Don’t beat yourself up too much.

i’m obv not a doctor and everyone’s different so take this with a grain of salt! But for me a goal of 1200 led to over eating wayyy too much. idk really anything about you, but I’d consider maybe bumping up your calorie goal maybe somewhere between 1300-1500.
