Manti, a filled pasta dish found in Turkish cuisine, is small meat dumplings served with three sauces, tomato, butter and yogurt. It is delicious, tastes very fresh and is packed full of flavour. This recipe is deconstructed and healthier vegetarian version of traditional Manti. Shell pasta is used, replicating dumplings, to hold vegetable protein filling and butter sauce is replaced with spiced olive oil to keep it light.
