Fish is not my forte, but I have got the salmon down. I’ve done salmon recipes in the past. I never really crank the heat up enough. There’s a lot of air flow moving in that plet grill. Kind of simulates that air fryer environment. Well, when you crank that dude up, you know, getting into 375 400°ree range, it just cooks it perfect. You know, I’m not real crazy about running my pellet grills up that high. I do it for fish and I do it for chicken wings and that’s about it. That’s how I start fle. It works perfect.

I wish Malcolm would adopt me already. He’s the man.
I agree. 400°F is perfect for salmon and wings. Baked for 25 to 30 min depending on the filets thickness. Charcoal with a wet cedar plank! 😋😋😋😋😋
