Looks really good! If you would like to try, in Poland, we have some traditional onion buns/bread (there isn’t really a good translation) called “cebularz”. It’s even protected by law like Feta cheese, parmegiano romano etc, so there is only one recipe which allows bakaries to name it as “cebularz”.
