I went Keto so no more rice but I made fried rice a couple times a week. My friends still come over for some and I’ll make it. Super good, filling and affordable. Great with ground beef.

I make it with bacon sometimes & use the bacon grease to fry the rice in. Throw in a little frozen peas & carrots too. So good.
