Pictured are two (massive) servings, nutrition stats for the whole thing are in the second image. The white bowl holds 40 oz/1.2 liters, it's quite large.
I was impressed by the G. Hughes Japanese BBQ sauce, it tasted not great plain/right out of the bottle but once it was cooked into the dish with a bit of added spice it was really good.
very gourmet recipe:
1. rinsed a pack of shirataki noodles, dry-fried in nonstick pan to get some of the water out.
2. added g hughes japanese bbq sauce (fake Bachan's) and cooked until it absorbed into/coated the noodles.
3. set noodles aside, wiped out pan, added a tsp of oil, cooked beyond steak tips in pan. added some gochugaru and a ton of black pepper, which I didn't bother logging. set 'beef' aside.
4. meanwhile, microwaved green beans. when they were done, tossed them in the pan where I cooked the 'beef' along with a little more sauce and some five spice powder.
5. yes, I was stoned when I made/ate this. yes, it was delicious. I did add a few drops of chili oil on my serving at the end as well (La-yu, your basic spicy sesame oil).
edit: fixed a typo 🫡
