EASY CHEESY PUMPKIN PASTA 🔥 Healthy Vegan Weight Loss!!

I lost 60 pounds eating HUGE portions of pasta, like this, multiple times a week and the key is to include as many low calorie veggies as possible!

Ingredients
1 tin pumpkin puree
2 cups steamed cauliflower
1 box silken tofu
1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt to taste

2 courgettes, spiralized
Pasta

1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz to make the easiest cheesy pasta sauce ever.
2. Pour over pasta or courgette noodles and enjoy!

Awwwww poor beautiful Romi doesn't realize that in the not too distant future her mum is going to be hospitalized and or sectioned to deal with her orthorexia….. and before anyone says anything – look it up and tell me l am wrong – this lady probably spends more time thinking about how she can eat food with the lowest calorie density ever than she does about her babies – they need proper nutritional meals not all that vegan food – she needs to take a good look at herself and be honest about what she sees – that's what my doctor said to me when I was anorexic… She has lost the 60 lbs she wanted to buy still refuses to treat herself to anything that she hasn't made herself and so knows that there's no or very little fat in it – it's become an obsession with her – l bet she thinks about it from the minute she wakes up until the minute she goes to bed – she even does exercise in front of her children rather than spending one to one time with them – she only takes them out because she's thinking about getting her ten thousand steps in , it's all about her and her weight loss and exercise, nothing or no one else can compete with that ,not even her children- it's very sad 😢.
