Waitrose launches 665 products this Christmas, including 267 new products – almost 50% increase in innovation from last year

Calling all food lovers! We’ve unveiled our 2025 Christmas range, featuring 267 new, trend-driven products across our in-store, entertaining, and hamper selections. With searches on Waitrose.com for ‘Christmas’ soaring 536% in the last month – it’s clear our customers are already thinking about their festive menus.

Seasonal showstoppers 

Your search for the perfect centrepiece is over. We’ve prepared a magnificent collection of high-welfare British meat dishes to make your meal truly spectacular. Indulge in a showstopping, hand-crafted, succulent No.1 Free Range Turkey Bauble with festive stuffing; savour the rich flavours of our No.1 Slow Cooked British Beef Shin with Bone Marrow; or enjoy the delightful sweetness of a fragrantly spiced, sweet-cured British Gammon with Black Cherry Glaze.

Encased in the iconic bauble shape, this centrepiece features tender, free-range turkey breast wrapped in our No.1 Dry-cured Beechwood Smoked Bacon. The true surprise lies within – a hidden, jewelled stuffing centre, accompanied with a vibrant cranberry and orange glaze, the perfect finishing touch to drizzle over! It pairs perfectly with the bright and fresh Zacharias Assyrtiko wine.”


Catch of the day

Our fish centrepiece offerings this year are quite the catch, featuring a market-first, No.1 Stuffed Scottish Salmon with Prawns & Salsa Verde Drizzle – a playful take on classic Italian porchetta, crafted with succulent salmon – and a crisp, all butter Salmon Roulade Wellington.

Inside, a vibrant filling of cod, prawn, chilli and fennel stuffing, enhanced by our punchy salsa verde drizzle. Delicious with a bottle of our Waitrose Blueprint Romanian Pinot Noir.”

Meat free and moreish

Presenting the ultimate vegan centrepieces for your table. Our No.1 Mushroom, Malbec & Port Wellington, offering a rich and savoury blend of chestnut, portobello, and pulled shiitake mushrooms in a malbec and port sauce; and our Cauliflower Cheese Galette Crown are perfect for sharing and pair deliciously well with the Pícos y Rios Malbec from Chile.

Inspired by key trending flavours including gianduja, praline, and Sicilian orange – we’ve launched our new No.1 Hazelnut Crème Panettone and No.1 Sicilian Orange Nocciolato Panettone with candied Sicilian orange peel and candied Arancia Rossa di Sicilia IGP Sicilian blood orange paste. Both are made in a third-generation, family-run bakery in Piedmont, Italy,  and take over 24 hours to expertly craft and create.”
