Had to drop my wife's son off at college in Boulder Colorado.. He always said they have mediocre mx food so I asked one of the hotels housekeepers for a recommendation..
I was hungry and I would have to say her recommended trucks were legit.. prices were comparable to SD,LA,SF.
1st: Three al pastor tacos cut from a mini cone and torta de carne asada.. $18.
We ate at 7 taco trucks on this visit. I'll post the others after I dump my phone.
