If y’all haven’t made that angel rice and chicken casserole, you are truly missing out because it is so delicious. And yes, cheese can go on rice and it makes it so good. Now, y’all know I love to use boneless, skinless chicken breast. So, we cut those up, season them up really good, and so glad I didn’t break my brazer because I slammed it on the stove. So, in some olive oil, we’re going to sear our chicken until it’s fully cooked. To that same pan, we’re adding some butter, some garlic flakes, and some cream of chicken and herbs. We’re going to let that cook down and add some chicken broth. And just continue to let that simmer. We’re going to add some cream cheese. And then we’re going to let this completely melt. Yes. We’re going to add a little Italian seasoning and some black pepper. Now, our rice is fully cooked this time. Y’all see it smoking. And so, that’s three cups of rice. We’re going to add this in and mix it well. We’re going to just season it a little bit with just some pepper. We’re going to add our chicken back. Everything is fully cooked. We’re going to mix this well. And yes, we’re going to top it with some cheese. Let me tell you, this is so good with cheese. Don’t skip that step. And so, we’re just going to put this in the oven until the cheese gets all bubbly brown. That’s it. We added some parsley on there, too. And look how good it came out, y’all. It smells amazing. It tastes delicious. You have got to try this. I’m making this right

3 lg chicken breast
3 cups cooked rice
2 tbs butter
1 tbs garlic paste
Cream of chicken and herbs
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 package cream cheese
1/2 tbs Italian seasoning
