​Ingredients:
​For the Wet Batter/Marinade:
​1 cup flour
​2 tbsp corn flour
​½ tsp red chili powder
​1 tsp salt
​1 tsp oregano
​1 tsp paprika
​1 tsp garlic powder
​½ tsp baking powder
​1 egg
​Chicken tenders (approx. 500g / 1 lb, adjust as needed)
​For the Dry Coating:
​1½ cup flour
​2 tbsp corn flour
​1 tsp salt
​1 tsp garlic powder
​½ tsp red chili powder
​1 tsp paprika
​1 tsp black pepper powder
​Oil for frying
​Method:
​In a bowl, combine all wet batter ingredients. Add chicken tenders and marinate for 30 mins.
