1st attempt at shio ramen

    But, the noodles don’t really look springy or like actuall ramen(?), the meat got a bit of a gray/silver shine since eventually a bit overcooked (yes that’s acctually possible), the soup seems like it’s been filtered a bit too finely and you could poke a tiny hole into the egg before boiling (egg yolk position off center) and a wet knife before cutting said egg so you get a clean cut. Also where’s em bamboo slices? Like having a burger without pickles!

  2. What’s the meat called again? If I wanted to buy in an Asian supermarket or something?
