INGREDIENTS:
* 28 oz. Whole Plum Peeled Tomatoes, do not drain * 1 Small White Onion, peeled and quartered * 2 Jalapeño Peppers, seeds removed * 2 – 3 Garlic Cloves, peeled * Juice of ½ Lime, about 2 tbsp. * ½ Bunch Cilantro * 1 tsp. Salt * 1/4 tsp. Granulated Sugar, if needed to balance acidity
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients in the food processor and pulse until desired consistency. 2. Taste, and adjust salt and/or sugar if needed. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before consuming.
