I got a good deal so back again trying 2 meals a week. I was really pleasantly surprised with this one. I did add an extra handful of tomatoes and a bunch of spinach but the composition of the meal is not something I would have thought of myself and it was yummy, easy, and super high protein. Highly recommend!

    I had some extra shallot and sweet mini peppers and sautéed them to add. Delish! Added some garlic bread too. Needed a little crunch.
