Let me show you how to make some of the best fried catfish. To a bowl, I add in my catfish fillets. And then I go in with some mustard, one egg, and my seasoning. Give your fish a good massage, and it should look exactly like that. For my dry mixture, I use two cups of cornmeal, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. And then I stir my seasonings inside of my cornmeal and dip my catfish inside of the batter. I let my catfish sit out on a wire rack for about 2 minutes before frying. And that allows the meal to stick to the fish without it floating around in your oil. And I also made this super good hot honey sauce, which includes melted butter, hot sauce, and honey.
