This was quite good. If I make it again, I would roast the veggies (at least the squash) instead of just browning and softening them in the pan, for a little more richness to the flavor.

Don’t have an immersion blender (that’s a funny story for a different cooking conversation) so I used my Vitamix which worked well. Overall liked it!
